今日はエジプトについて少し学びました。エジプトには砂漠があって、砂漠にはスコーピオンがいると話が発展したのですが、スコーピオンを知らない生徒がいたので愉快な男子生徒達がスコーピオンを教室内で実演してくれました。写真はその光景です。
Show & Tellは「森の中で木があなたに話しかけてきました。何と言っていましたか？あなたはどう対応しましたか？」でした。とても楽しい話題で全く予測不可能な物語を生徒は作ってきてくれました。
それでは生徒の発表をいくつか紹介します。

When I was finding nuts at a forest, a tree said 'Let's play'. I got scared and tried to run away when suddenly a rainbow appeared. The tree started talking that she had no friends. So, I became her friend. We tried to play, but the tree couldn't move. We were thinking until we thought of a game we can play together. Then, I said 'Let's climb a tree!'. The tree moved her branches so I can go to another tree, and we talked a lot together. Now, the tree and I play once a week together.

I was lost in the forest when suddenly a tree talked to me. The tree said 'Are you lost?', then I said 'Yes'. Then the tree said 'I shall kill you with my roots'. Then the roots chased me and suddenly all the trees came to get me. But right in front of me there was a secret military base, and there were military jets. I went on the jet but the trees climbed on to each others and went on the other jets. Now there were one million jets chasing me. Of course they were military jets so they fired homing missiles at once. Then I fired one homing missile. And I went to maximum speed so I safely went home with a jet. The trees were of course in the explosion, so their jets broke and all of them fell into the ocean.
